TisFacts does not request the video.publish scope and does not publish content to TikTok on your behalf — you review and publish (or discard) every draft yourself, inside TikTok.

You are responsible for the content of any video transferred to your TikTok account and for complying with TikTok's own terms and community guidelines.

5. Uploaded and transferred content

Videos transferred through this integration are produced outside the Site (via the TisFacts production workflow) and transferred to TikTok at the creator's direction. You retain responsibility for reviewing content before publishing it.

6. Third-party services

The Site depends on third-party services, including TikTok's APIs and Cloudflare's hosting infrastructure. TisFacts is not responsible for outages, changes, or issues originating from these third-party services.

7. Service availability

TisFacts is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the Site or the TikTok integration will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of liability
